Author Talk: Helen Benedict and Sarah Van Arsdale
Authors Helen Benedict and Sarah Van Arsdale will talk about their work and give us a preview of their latest books.
Helen Benedict, a British-American professor at Columbia University, is the author of seven previous novels, six books of nonfiction, and a play. Her newest novel, "The Good Deed," came out in April 2024 from Red Hen Press.
Sarah Van Arsdale is a fiction writer, poet, and artist living in New York and Oaxaca, Mexico. Her seventh book, "Catch and Release," is a book-length poem about the human impact on the sea life in Mexico, levied by Van Arsdale’s watercolor illustrations. It will be available for pre-orders in May, 2024 from Finishing Line Press.
